She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Julia was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. Julia has published an article on EB5 Guest Expenditures and She is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese and Taiwanese. With over ten years of law practice, Julia has extensive experience with all aspects of EB-5 including regional center application, project structuring, source of funds and the filling of writ of mandamus. In addition to EB-5, she is also experienced with family and employment immigration including H1b, EB1, EB2/NIW, and EB3/PERM.
